UpSolv Signs Major Long-Term Supply Agreement with Nexkemia for High-Purity Recycled Polystyrene

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA, September 3, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — We are pleased to announce the execution of a long-term supply agreement with NexKemia, marking a significant milestone in the commercialization of UpSolv’s proprietary dissolution technology.

Together with our previously executed commercial agreements, this agreement represents a major step forward in the development of UpSolv’s first commercial recycling facility in Quebec and provides strong validation of both our technology and our business model.

Under this long-term partnership, UpSolv will supply recycled polystyrene to NexKemia, supporting the production of high-quality circular EPS resins while establishing a reliable commercial outlet for our first plant.

Beyond its commercial significance, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to diverting polystyrene from the waste stream, including hard-to-recycle material and transforming it into high-value products, thereby supporting the transition toward a circular economy.
